Today’s Activity: Hydrate.
It’s easy to get dehydrated if you’re sitting in one place all day. Today, resolve to drink enough water.
Per a CNN article which details the many health benefits of staying properly hydrated:
The National Academies of Medicine recommends a little over 11 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for the average woman and almost 16 cups (3.7 liters) for men.
That sounds like a lot, but you can get healthy hydration from more than just plan water: drinks like coffee and tea (preferably unsweetened) are good, and even food with a high water content (think cucumbers or soup) can help.
