Today’s Activity: Try watching an ASMR video and see if it works for you.
You may have stumbled across one already — they’re all over YouTube — videos designed to trigger a tingling sensation in the back of your head through whispering, small noises or by role-playing personal attention. It may seem a little strange, but many people find them relaxing, and claim that they help them sleep better.
