Today’s Activity: Try some breathing exercises for relaxation.
You do it all day long, but how often do you consciously think about your breathing? Focusing on the breath can help calm you down, focus your attention, and can even lower your blood pressure. Here are some different exercises you can try, each with a different goal. Try them out and see if one feels especially effective for you.
