Today’s Activity: How well are you sleeping these days?
Check in with yourself. Are you getting enough rest, or waking up more than usual?
If you’re not sleeping as well as you used to, there are a few things you can try to help.
As a perpetually-jetlagged frequent business traveler in what we’re now terming the “precendented times”, I got kind of obsessed with regulating my light exposure to help keep myself on some form of reasonable sleep cycle. You can pry my sunrise-simulating alarm clock from my cold dead hands.
If you find you’re having a hard time getting to sleep, try night mode for your tech to cut down on blue light at night (which can trick your brain into thinking it’s still daylight). Look into Night Shift on iOS, Twilight on Android, and f.lux on desktop.
