There are thousands of free guided meditation videos out there to help quiet your brain, on any topic you can imagine. But if you haven’t tried meditation before, start with something more basic. Headspace takes a straightforward approach. They offer a free beginners course to get you started, as well as some stress-relief options if lockdown is getting you down.
