Today’s Activity: Try working in a different position.

Find a new body position to be in when using a computer. E.g., does cobra work for work? Downward dog for watching Netflix?
Your home office is likely less than ideal ergonomically. If you don’t have a great setup, one of the best things you can do to protect yourself from injury is to keep moving. (That’s not to say you shouldn’t take the time to optimize your setup as much as possible.)
As the Pixar ergonomics folk say, the best position is a different one from the one that you have been in for a while.
In a bit of irony, I've found my home office to be far more ergonomic than my office-office, even though my setup is much simpler: my fancy adjustable office desk never did much good since I was never at it.
