Day 86: Rituals
It’s Self Care day!
Today’s Activity: Establish a small daily ritual.
It doesn’t need to take long, but doing it every day has positive benefits and can help you feel a bit more in control of things.
Maybe it’s watering your plants, or drinking your morning coffee outside and getting a couple minutes of fresh air. Maybe it’s taking a moment to feel gratitude, or to choose something to look forward to tomorrow before bed. Maybe it’s making your bed, or maybe it’s tidying your desk at the end of your work day as a way to separate work from life when it’s all blurring together.
Choose something small you can do every day. While you’re doing it, focus on the thing you’re doing, and only that thing. Constant multitasking is hard enough on your brain under normal circumstances.
