Day 136: Good morning
It’s Self Care day!
Today’s Activity: Get up early and have a slow morning.
I am not a morning person. Not remotely. So this one’s hard for me. But a slow, chill morning is a treat. Take it easy, have a nice cup of coffee, enjoy the birds singing and the cool air before things get back to their usual hectic selves.
