Today’s Activity: Cook in quantity.
It’s going to be a hard week for a lot of people. Make a big batch of something this weekend. That way, at least you won’t have to worry about what’s for dinner. Chili, roast pork shoulder, dal… something good and hearty and easy to reheat.
