Day 101: Camera not-so-obscura

It’s Picture Day!

Today’s Activity: Make a pinhole camera.

Pinhole cameras are about the simplest way to capture an image there is: they don’t even require a lens.

With a few basic supplies, you can make one to shoot film with:

Or, if you have a spare cardboard box, you can make one that goes over your head as a viewer.

Or, if you want to go really big, you can turn a whole room into a camera obscura.
